Michela was

 a little girl,

trapped in a normal

 lonely world,

but longing to reach 

out and touch

the folks who

 needed it so much.

All the other lonely gals

whose dreams

had passed them by

 despite their screams,

and lonely men

 who sought to share

the voice of just

 one girl who cared

 enough to soothe

 the souls of those

 who dreams were

 vacant and disposed

into that pit 

of vast despair.

Michela sang

 without a pause

until her voice

 shed all it's flaws,

 into the wee hours 

of the night

until she knew

 the time was right,

she'd chased her dreams

and put her trust

 in all they held

she knew she must

but far too often

 they would flee

and leave her there

 to eat their dust.

So she sought out

 dreams of her own

and wailed them

 into microphoines,

till thousands were

 wooed by her tone

and with just her voice 

a star was known.

begging cash

only to label 

her work trash,

 she swore, "I'll use

 the soul within me,"

then touched the 

world by going Indie.

There are still lots

 of miles to go

 and endless smiles

 that she'll love so

but watch her as

 she braves the storms

of comments that

 aren't always warm

yet still she'll 
rise up to perform.

It is such

 staying power that

makes dreams come true

 and purses fat,

when little girls

 don't ever quit

until they die they

 chase those hits,

until the world

 believes in it

and changes

 to adore her.

So listen up

 and listen well

then go to

 all your friends and tell,

 them of Michela

 born to woo

all those who dreams 

have not come true.
