Membership

Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc. is an artist development company. We are dedicated to helping the unsigned artist get heard. It is absolutely free to be a member of Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc.--The Social Experience.  As a member you not only have the advantage of promoting yourself under the umbrella of the Poze network, but you can also connect with fans and other artists in the industry. You can change your profile page to look the way you want it--so be creative. All artists are not in search of the same connections. You never know who may have the connections you need to succeed! 

VIP Membership

Although we allow all of our members to promote themselves under our name, our #1 priority is to promote our VIP artists. This means that we will be shopping the talents of our VIP artists to record labels, publishing companies, television and film companies, booking agencies, and other industry executives. This includes, but are not limited to, exposure through Poze Radio, Poze TV, and Poze Magazine (coming soon!); delivery of monthly tips which include demo submission specifics to companies who are in search of talented artists for a chance at a signed contract; sending out flyers to industry executives, members, and fans; sending out demo packages to companies on behalf of VIP artists upon request; unlimited advice, reviews, and customer service as needed; and Poze staff responses within 48 hours of retrieval of message.

We have a pay monthly/no obligation policy. This means that you are not obligated to continue your VIP membership with Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc. if you feel in any way that it is not working for you. You are always welcome to keep your profile page on our website and promote yourself for free. There will not be any hard feelings as it relates to canceling a VIP status. We take pride in what we do for our VIP members and nobody, but nobody beats our prices.

What's Expected From Pozeproductions.com VIP Members

We expect VIP members of pozeproductions.com to be prepared for this industry. This means your profile page should be always up-to-date, i.e. music, bio, photos, videos, upcoming events, etc.  We have industry execs, from all over the world, contacting us for artists for various projects and many times we are directing them to our VIP members pages based on their needs. Industry execs, as well as fans, may also want to learn more about artists after viewing or listening to artists on Poze TV and Poze Radio. 

We also expect VIP members to always keep an open line of communication with Poze executive team in conjunction with your VIP membership. We are here to help VIP members take it to the next level, not do all the work for you or instead of you. We are your agents in the industry and will act as such in order to connect you with opportunities that are available for you. This means you need to contact us as much as needed for you to understand your choices, i.e. need help getting votes for a contest, need to submit for a chance of getting signed, need to be booked for an event, you're going to be late making your VIP membership payment, etc.You must communicate with us--help us to help you with your career! 

Poze 48hr Response Policy

Poze 48hr rule applies to pozeproductions.com VIP members only. This is because only the VIP members are have a direct connection with the Poze executive team besides industry executives. The 48hr rule states that Poze staff has up to 48hrs to respond to all messages coming from VIP members and industry executives interested in our artists. We will respond within 48hrs, even if it's just to let you know that it is taking a little longer to work on your request. This obligation is expected in return from all pozeproductions.com VIP members as it is extremely important to keep open lines of communication with Poze staff in order to stay connected with any and all opportunities that may become available.

Fees/Payments

Activation Fee

VIP memberships are activated after the review is approved and fees are paid. The activation fee is a one-time fee used to activate your VIP membership. This is one-time fee is for the life of the VIP membership. If your VIP membership becomes deactivated, for whatever reason, and you wish to become a VIP member of pozeproductions.com at a later date, you will be subject to pay the activation fee again.

Monthly Membership Dues

Monthly payments are always made in advance. Since there are no obligations here, we reserve the right to cancel your VIP membership/membership at anytime if we feel that you did not pass the review process or if there are reported threats/harassments/inappropriate languages including, but not limited to sexism, racism, weightism, classism, slander, or abuse of any kind made toward any staff members, other VIP members, members or anyone else at anytime during your membership--we are only here to help you succeed as an artist. If you have made a payment before passing the review process and your review was declined, your payment will be refunded.

If you fall behind in making your payments or feel that you may fall behind in making your payments please contact Harmony Synclaire right away--communication is always open and very important. If your payment becomes past due and you do not communicate to us that you have any intentions on keeping your VIP status, we will assume that you no longer want to be a VIP member and your VIP membership will be deactivated. Once your VIP membership is deactivated and you want to be a VIP member once again, you must go through the review process all over again and pay the activation fee along with your first month's payment.

Making a payment is easy--through 'How To Become A VIP' page. You have the option of choosing to make a one-time payment or have your monthly payments come out automatically every month. If you don't want to go through the hassle of trying to remember when your payment is due or fall behind in your payments, the automatic payments are highly recommended.

Merchandise Payments

When making payments for services or merchandise via Paypal, please be sure that your address is current within your Paypal account. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to clients not updating their information.

Late fees--oh no!

--$1.00 for up to 15 days late(If you are under 15 days late with your payment, there will be a $1.00 late fee charge)  

--Double-payment plus $1.00 fee (If you are over 14 days late with your payment,  you will be required to pay for the month you are late, the next month, and a $1.00 late fee in order for us to hold your VIP membership status as current) 

--Extend & Save Payments are for future payments only and cannot be used for past due payment!!!!

It is very important to contact Harmony Synclaire within the network--pozeproductions.com--as soon as you know that you are going to be late with your VIP membership payment so that further arrangements can be made to stop the deactivation process)!

However, there will now be a $1.00 charge for VIP memberships that are late. If your payment is late and the late fee is not received with your payment, your VIP membership can still be deactivated. As with all bills, it is very important that you keep your VIP membership payments current—this will eliminate forced deactivation. 

Cancellations

Cancelling your membership or VIP membership is easy. Just contact Harmony Synclaire within the network--pozeproductions.com--and we will cancel your membership for you. If you make a mistake and wait until the very last minute to request a cancellation and your payment goes through shortly after, don't worry we will issue you a refund.

Price Hikes

As you know, nothing ever stays the same forever. Yes, there are times when there will be a price-hike, but don't worry. We keep a record of all our VIP members--no personal information, just a list of who is VIP. The only people who are affected by the price-hikes are non-VIP members and deactivated VIP members who later decide to become an active VIP member; and of course, the VIP members who are not current with their payments. This means that if you are already a VIP member and are current on your payments, your VIP status will remain the same. Yes, you will always have the luxury of staying at the same rate and receive the same amount of services that you started with. Those members who want to become a VIP member after the prices have changed will have to pay according to the new rates. Also, the VIP members whose accounts have been deactivated will be locked into the new rate once they decide to reactivate their VIP membership.

Promotions

All promotions that are sponsored by Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc. and its affiliates are awarded to members only. There is no way around it, you must be a member on pozeproductions.com in order to apply for any promotion given by any Poze representative.
