The Magic Seeds.

A brand new Christmas story of Santa and his little

elf named Jingles who saved Christmas in magical ways!

Way up near the North Pole

where Santa’s workshop lies,

all the elves are in a tizzy,

someone’s stolen all the magic seeds,

that make the reindeer fly.

With Christmas just around the corner,

Santa’s in a frantic state,

there’s no way to bring his toys to kids,

on that very, special date.

But a little elf named “Jingles”

came to Santa with a plan,

to set off across the Arctic

where she’d find the guilty man.

You see Jingles was Santa’s

most trustworthy elf,

rather tiny but brave

and always eager to help.

Out of all of the elves

working for him, he felt

that she would be best,

even more then himself.

So he blessed her with some 

magic dust he used to soar,

up and down chimneys,

a trick from his days of yore.

Then he shared one more trick

so that she’d be prepared,

a heated glare he used to zap,

any frozen ice on chimney caps

where his belly might get trapped.

So she went off to saddle Rudolph,

with his bright red glowing nose

to help her track the footprints

of the thief across the snow.

After three long days of walking

which Rudolph seldom did,

she came upon a massive cave,

where a seed thief might have hid.

Then she spied two eyes

in that darkened space

that were glowing  ghostly blue,

and a huge creature came lumbering out

but she knew just what to do.

Now the Abominable Snowman

was a frightening foe,

he could turn you to ice,

with his hands or his toes.

He could bear hug you into

a tiny ice cube,

He was strong;

he was ugly and he was

really quite rude.

Jingles snuck up behind him

but he turned with a ROOOAAARRRRR!!

and froze her into an Elf-sicle, f

orevermore.

But she used Santa’s heat glare,

melting all her ice dry,

then she sprinkled Santa’s magic dust,

soaring high up in the sky.

That Abominable Snowman

had no way to fetch her

and  huge snowballs he threw

had no chance to catch her.

She looked at him sternly,

with her hottest of glares, yelling ,

“You took the magic seeds

that the reindeer all share.”

That’s why Santa Claus sent me

to find what you stole,

then she spotted those seeds,

in a vast, icy hole.

So she cranked up her heat glare

till it burned like the sun

and aimed it right at him

for the things he had done.

The Abominable Snowman

tried to run from the heat,

but he melted into puddles,

from his head to his feet.

Beneath him the ice formed

a crater to take,

tons of water as he melted,

that she called “Crystal Lake.”

But he was not hurt,

he had simply become

a new place for the seals

to splish-splash and have fun.

then She sprinkled magic dust

on those huge bag of seeds,

and she harnessed each bag

to her marvelous steed,

then they floated through the air

at incredible speeds,

Back to Santa Claus’s workshop,

where he hoped to hear,

the jingles of a special  elf,

bringing food for reindeer.

Itwas the night before Christmas,

and all the reindeer were fed,

magic seeds….. while elf Jingles,

lay snug in her bed,

So Santa climbed on his sled

and he hollered with cheer,

”It’s Merry Christmas for all

and a Happy New Year.”
