Leave your shell that once held 
all the hell of what was 
shattered in pieces behind you.... 
never let what's past blind you 
It can bring mental flaws 

Scramble off and forget 
the insaneness of yet 
ignore it till you get 
someplace without regrets. 

Crawl way out beyond 
all those cracks of despair 
then simply start living …… 
in a life Teflon coated 
where nothing will stick, 
on your brand new beginning 

You must take on the yoke 
of fresh hope daring to 
incubate all those blues 
sunny side up in you 

Then if without reason 
you suffer the call 
of a breakdown again..... 
you will not hit the wall 
it will not hurt at all 
cause new mental attitudes 
will cushion your fall 

Simply spread your soul out 
towards the paths of progression 
with a sun yellow center 
let hopes fill your expressions 
not that deadpan, dull face 
of your long lost depression. 

Then sizzle and dance 
cross the oils of life, 
no longer stuck fast 
in the blackness of strife. 
let these words set a fire 
to the chill of your days 
Pre-prevent any egg headed 
tumbles each day 
you'll find it’ll all be 
“Over Easy” that way. 

Let your Psyche be much 
more comfy as Humpty-Dumpty 
when sad blues and bad moods make

your paths through life bumpy…
