Don you must try an Explain to those Grand kids that nanny is not coming back so hard as it is to make them understand they will understand  as they gets older tight now they only so young children there little minds can not understand , only that they dont see nanny around only poppy.. its hard to make a 5 or 6 or even 7 years old, to understand its not easy for you, if you dont soon get help from a professional your  not gona be much help to those children ok they need there poppy even tho nanny is in heaven but poppy still gota be there for them to help them true life,, they really need you, but they think your hiding nanny there little mins will not understand honey, et them on your knee an try the best as you can the angels in heaven took nanny cause she wasnt all that well an god dint want her suffer no more in vein  so they took her so she will have no pain no more, kids will understand as they get older in life don, its the hardet thing anyone can go through to face life an death, i can imagine what you must be going through but like i said those sad days will bring you brighter days as each day passes you by,, an those happy days will always keep your memory of your beautiful  wife,, i know you miss her dearly but life still has to move on no matter what,, thats life we have to live an deal with it ok,, its gona be rough days,, hard days, crying days an depression days i been though it i know how you feel you gota pick ya self up an stay strong for everyone around  even  for those grand kids ok, they need you now,,, dont let the burdens of troubles fail with in you if it  do your life is gona go bottom up, dont let this take part of your life, try an fight it if not see dr on monday to get some support an help ,by me talking an explaining its helping but  not enough  to keep your spirits up today,you was out my way today you should of stopped in,  maybe with person to person talk might of help lot more then jut chat text an what not, even tho we never met, but would of been nice just set an talk to u, an get lot of troubles of your mind either least bit helps ok,, an if my husband said anything to me while u was here ill put him through the door,, dont mind him he dont have heart not even for me, so i go though lot to, as you can see,,

i can bare anything. I been through everything cant get any worst then i have it in my own Life you knows that. yes time heals all wounds. everything takes time, getting over something that happen.keep your faith you believe In that keeping strong with the power of god can bring you long ways. when I get so down an Out I read the bible It really helps lot to know what the world has experienced, Over time.we are all in this world. to suffer one way or another an nothing ain't easy if U cant help your self first k. been there done that wore The shirt more or less, take every day as a brand new day to a brighter side of Life to a new healthy way of living In many thing's you live for.  an  God will help those who is willing to help them selves.. an help you through those hard days of feeling alone an down an out.. you wouldnt be the first one to feel Like This Don, i been all my life fighting those feelings Like some one is missing. But it getts better over time as they say.. just keep staying strong. an the power of god will help you through Most things in your life. But if you dont help your self to fight that feeling. your gona fail. an im sure you dont need this right now,, keep your smile as beautiful as the rainbow as the lord shall guide you your way to a brighter side of life.

yes seeking help Is ok an i  understand How your feeling to, Ok,,,just try an cherr Up.. Life is not all that bad.. take it one day at a time you will get though it.. an time heals all wounds an broken hearts..  you don't have to be sorry ok. you have no reason to be sorry. i only told u how i felt about Him. I figured u had right to know. an it hurt you in many ways then one..maybe i should even bough his name up. but cant help the way i feel toward him..an always will feel like this toward him every day,.. but im sure you understand How i am an how i feel inside.
