 PHOENIX, ARIZONA’S PROPERTY SIX ANNOUNCES JUNE 6TH RELEASE DATE FOR THIRD ALBUM
  
     Phoenix, Arizona’s up-and-coming Rap ‘N’ Roll band Property Six is finishing the post-production stage of their 3^rd album entitled “Mind Control.”  The album consisting of twelve songs is being produced by Property Six at The Salt Mine in Mesa, AZ and is being engineered by Daniel Michelletti and mastered                                                                                   by Phil Schlemmer IX.
   
    “This album is four years in the making and represents all the blood, sweat, and tears we have given to this new sound we dubbed Rap ‘N’ Roll.” states Ricky Goltz, Property Six’s bassist. “We are not Nu-Metal. Yes, we are a rap/rock group, but don’t compare us to Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, or KoRn. We take elements of everything in music. From funk, to punk rock, to metal, to rap, hip-hop, and every genre in between; we have taken influence from all these different cultures and brought the soul of this music out, with a fresh approach from people who are thinking outside of the box. Life is a party, so you should write music accordingly.” 

    Property Six is gaining steam more now than ever before. They won the reader’s choice award for Best Local Band in the 2012 Best of Phoenix New Times awards and are known for their award nominated shows they throw every year through their promotions company E Concert Live including Smoke Phatties Day and Green Buds & Jam; both in their seventh years running.
  
   The new record from Property Six will be available for purchase through Property Six’s official website, www.propertysix.com, along with other retail record stores in the greater Phoenix area on June 6^th, 2014. It will also be available for digital download on iTunes, Rhapsody, and Amazon.com in June of this year. Property Six is planning a 20 city national tour in support of their new release scheduled to kick off in mid-November.
