Profile Information

About Me: Inspired by songs that talk about love, friendship, family, overcoming and perseverance, “Vitor Vieira”, 17 years old, comes with a new propose to the new generation of national RAP and gains international projection after to perform at Festival A3C in Atlanta EUA, this October.
Raised in Guarulhos city, São Paulo, “Vitor” always listened to rap and with only 7 years old already used to write songs and rhyme over beats for fun. Influenced by Eminem and by the new school of Brazilian rap, at 13 years old, made your own love song, dedicated to a passion “Amor da minha vida”. Since then never stopped producing and with his studio partner “Iuri Stocco”, from “Coisa Simples” Studio and with DJ Stuart launched his first album in 2011, April, with 4 songs, the album “Cartas”, including one official videoclip. After this first success he came back to the studio and prepared his following full album “Só o Começo”, by the end of the same year. Motivated to journey his path in rap music, Vitor had the opportunity to open concerts of artists that are reference in rap scene like “Projota”, “Bonde da Stronda”, “Pentagono”, “Haikaiss” and a mester in Brazilian rap, “Thaíde”. And performed in different style concerts with the bands “Art Popular”, “Inimigos da HP”, “Os Travessos” and “Edson e Hudson”.
+ “Só o Começo”
The álbum “Só o Começo” was the beginning for “Vitor Vieira” to introduce his ideas and his musical style. In 11 tracks he shows his most value essence with the songs “Família”, “Eu Rezo por Nós”, “Amizade” e “Deveria ser Eu”. On the other side “Sonhos”, “Só o Começo”, “Pros que Duvidam” e “Topo do Pódio” show his will and his determination, while “Garota Especial”, Com “Você”, “Versos de Amor” and the track “Simples”, this last one with special feature by “Leticia Dias” with a videoclip, talks about love. A featuring with Mc “Insano Rent” from “Jandira” results in a song named “Chuva” that talks about the tragedies because of the flood, “Não Mais na Terra” makes a tribute to his late grandfather, one of the greatest responsible for his love for music.
+ International Career
The website ReverbNation has selected “Vitor Vieira” as a representant of the Brazilian rap style on its 9th edition of the A3C Festival in Atlanta. A3C is one of the biggest hip hop festivals in the United States and it will take place in different areas in Atlanta during October 2nd and 6th. Rapper 9th Wonde and 100 other artists will be performing shows from all over the world. At the “Unsigned Only 2013”, Vitor was semi finalist at R&B/Hip Hop category with the track “Eu Rezo Por Nós”, the purpose of this award is finding a rare talent from independents artists, some of the judges included the rockstar Iggy Pop and MC EVE, beside musician critics from several medias and world´s records main professionals. At the The Akademia Music Awards´s Best month selection, Los Angeles, “Vitor” was rewarded in categories such as Best album, live performance, videoclip, music and EP of Rap and Hip Hop, this month (13/jul).
