- Rikko Jahgger is a lyrical artist hailing from Washington, DC. With his retro smooth swagger, witty and bold lyrics, he stands out from your average rapper. At the age of 18 Jahgger started rapping with the stage name S.O.S.A. During those days, he released four albums & two mixtapes. His hard work and dedication for his music kept him moving forward and learning as much as he could along the way not only about the craft as an MC but about the Industry. With the struggles of life, Leaning all the choice of being independent artist and the joyous birth of his daughter, he used his positive/negative life lessons, and situations we all share similar views on to mature as an lyrical artist. Jahgger knew S.O.S.A. could no longer represent who he had become or what his music stands for, and the birth of Rikko Jahgger started!
As his music influences, Run DMC, WuTang Clang, Outkast, Mos Def, B.O.B., Jay Z, & Common, Jahgger doesnt limit his self when it comes to being creative with his lyrics. With a background in graphic design, he strives on making sure he includes his artistic abilities through his words so instead of just hearing his lyrics, he is giving you a mental story of hope,determination or just having fun.
With the release of his first mixtape under the name Rikko Jahgger (Naked Soul Of Rikko Jahgger) he is baring all from heart ache, betrayal to love, hopes and dreams. He wants his music to inspire others to follow their dream and to dream big! To be proud of who you are and to dare to be different.
Now currently working on his 1st Debut Album entitled "GLORY" and also building up his music empire by starting his own record label (RayBanz Muzik Movement), he has already successfully recruited an R&B artist an has recorded her first single whose release date is still TBD, what this movement Rikko plans to start give the Real listeners of music of all types a sound worth the wait.
