About Me
Janani is a talented Alternative artist from Orlando, Florida best known for her emotional songwriting and soulful voice. Cultivating an original style since her first performance, she takes what you know of Alternative Rock, and twists it into a completely new genre. Her music will take you back to the 90's, with hints of Nirvana and The White Stripes, all while keep a modern flavor. Comfortable riffs, catchy melodies and a variety of subject matters will take your ears on a musical journey through every emotion.

Dedication and commitment show in her professional sound. Since first taking to the stage in 2010, she’s recorded an album with Kavode Records and worked with Brett Hestla (former member of Creed) to record her latest EP called Three Step System. Her music was approved for the Clear Channel NEW! Artist Discover & Uncover Program when it started. Her music has been heard on Orlando's own XL106.7 FM, featured in the Billabong Women’s Surf Team Documentary, received radio airplay in Canada as well as requested by web stations for their line-up. Keep an eye out for JANANI, as big things are happening in her future!
