EDDIE KANE WAS BORN EDDIE DANIELS, JR ON JUNE 22ND 1978.. HE WAS BLESSED TO GROW UP IN A HOUSEHOLD WHERE MUSIC WAS #1. WHILE MOST KIDS WERE PLAYING "KANE" WAS THINKING OF BECOMING A STAR IN ANYTHING HE DEEMED HE WAS ABLE TO DO. HE GREW INTO A TEENAGER THEN HIS VOICE CHANGED AND PEOPLE TOOK NOTICE TO HIS SINGING ABILITY. HE TRAVELED AT 13 TO LOCAL TOWNS WHERE HE WAS KNOWN FOR SINGING TO THE LADIES UNTIL THEY CRIED. HE KNEW WHAT HIS CALLING WAS THEN. HE DECIDED TO HOOK UP WIT 3 OTHER GUYS AND FORM A SINGING GROUP AT AGE 14 CALLED "MACTOWN BOYS". HE WAS THE LEAD SINGER FOR THE GROUP AND THE GROUP GOT LOVE FROM LOTS OF PEOPLE. THIS IS WHEN HE WAS DUBBED THE NAME "EDDIE KANE" CUZ OF THE MOVIE "THE FIVE HEARTBEATS". HE THEN GOT WORD THAT A RECORD PRODUCER, AT A RADIO STATION IN HOUSTON, WANTED TO HEAR HIM SING WIT THE OPTION OF SIGNING A DEAL. THE PRODUCER DROVE ALL THE WAY TO MCGREGOR, TX(HOMETOWN) WHERE HE FROZE UP AND MISSED HIS CHANCE AT A DEAL. HE LEARNED HOW TO WRITE MUSIC IN THE 10TH GRADE AND HAD GROUPS IN WACO WANTING HIM TO SING HOOKS ON THERE TRACKS. HE PASSED ON THAT AS WELL SEEING AS THOUGH NONE OF THEM TOOK IT SERIOUS AS HE DID. HE FOCUSED HIS ATTENTION ON ANOTHER GIFT HE HAD IN SPORTS. THESE TALENTS TOOK HIM TO TEXAS A@M UNIVERSITY WHERE HE PLAYED SPORTS AND PUT MUSIC BEHIND HIM FOR THE TIME BEING. THEN IN 2004 HE MET A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF JUSTIN HODGE(BANE) AND THEY FORMED A CLICK.. BANE AND KANE..WHICH DREW OUT KANE'S LOVE FOR MUSIC ONCE AGAIN. EDDIE KANE IS IN A LEAGUE OF HIS OWN CUZ HIS STYLE OF MUSIC HAS TOO MUCH SWAG IN IT. NOW HE IS ONE OF TEXAS HOTTEST LOCAL RISING ARTIST! WAS VOTED AUSTIN BEST OVERALL ARTIST AT THE YOUNG JEEZY "MAKING THE NEXT HIT SEASON 2" COMPETITION.. OUT OF 200 LOCAL ARTIST THAT AUDITIONED EDDIE KANE WAS DUBBED THE BEST IN AUSTIN.. HE HAS RECENTLY WON 2 MUSIC AWARDS FOR HIS UNDERGROUND LYRICS AND STAGE SWAGG. BEST RAPPER AND BEST OVER PERFORMER FOR THE YEAR 2012
