Atyeb Ba Atum Re (born September 11 1957) is a singer, songwriter, spoken word artist and writer. Atyeb Ba Atum Re was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is the 12th child out of 13 children. She grew up listening to genres of music ranging from gospel to conscious music. During the Civil Rights Era Atyeb had to face the harsh challenges of racism and sexism. These experiences have given her the adequate tools to embed social issues into her music. After recording Sex and Race in 1999, a year later it surfaced on MP3.com climbing the spoken word charts. Sex and Race held its place in the top ten spot of MP3.com and attracted the attention of Queen Latifah’s show agent.
Atyeb’s music focuses on imperative issues such as race, gender and culture to provoke listeners to sift away ignorance from truth with her sharp penetrable and ethereal voice. Although Atyeb’s album surfaced on MP3’s independent artist website, her album wasn’t released until 2010. She finally signed an album release package deal through Reverbnation. Sex and Race is sold through 34 various music stores across the United States as well as in some foreign countries. Sex and Race won the July 2016 Pozing Award for Best Spoken Word at Poze Productions Records. The Hip Hop Legend Doug E Fresh sponsors and promotes Poze Productions Records along with the first female Hip Hop Emcee, MC Sah Roc.
When Atyeb is not enraptured in her music, she remains productive in writing books. Her latest book, “Facing the Beast in Loves Honor” sells through Amazon and other online bookstores. When writing books she uses the name Rainbow.
If you are a conscious listener, seeking a source of intrinsic pleasures, then look no further. Enter and know that Atyeb Ba Atum Re will cradle and nurture your senses and convert you to an uncensored reality that the keys to True Liberation are through LOVE POWER. SEX and RACE is dedicated to the loving memory of Ancestor Joel Augustus Rogers (1883-1966).
tHA sMeLL uVh mEYE oriGENES was inspired by Atyeb’s late mother-Emma Jean Mathenia (aka Miss Honey). She is dedicating this new album to the growth and development of “THE LIBERATION OF THE NEW AFRIKAN NATION.”

In 1992 Tony Cestaro and Shaun Tique formed Extreme Dream an all original Easy Listening, Adult Contemporary, Smooth Soft Rock, Singer Songwriter band. Tony and Shaun produced an album of the same name.
Together they wrote all the music and lyrics, and from 1992-1994 spent a good deal of time in the studio arranging and recording Extreme Dream.
Shaun was the Vocalist, Guitarist[Lead] and Keyboardist, Tony served as 2nd Guitarist and chief Lyric Writer.
Other Vocalist appeared on the album in addition to Shaun.......
The song The Cries Of The Children, which dealt with the subject of child abuse was a dark approach to Tony's lyric style.
The song was a song that needed to be written, and had a Pink Floyd feel to it. The song was recorded with Thereasa Arkel on Lead Vocals and was used in a video about Child Abuse, that was previewed at the Georgetown Optimist Club, Georgetown, In. It was also used at a Seminar about Child Abuse, put on by Audubon Hospital's Child Abuse Task Force. Louisville, Ky.
Heaven Is A Place Of Eternal Living and Right Hand Of Our Father were, both written about Tony's parents and were a more spiritual aspect of the band. Critics have described Tony's songs as meaningful, deep and has a message behind everyone. His latest works:
Baby Blue, Angel Eyes and Now It's Too LATE elaborate on more of a romantic level: And the emotional...... Eyes Of The Children, a song dedicated to children with childhood diseases, has generated several good reviews and Tony's Lyrics received a Certificate Of Accomplishment. And brought Tony to a higher level of musical achievement.
The song has sold $500.00 so far and was donated to the Burn Ministries for child burn victims. Since Shaun's passing Tony has kept the Extreme Dream name alive. Tony is co-writing with songwriters:
