This is the message flashing at the bottom of the screen as a montage of relatively new (on the popular music scene) artists, like James Bay, Kygo and Shamir, pans across the screen in Apple Music’s new promotional video, simply titled “Discovery”.

Apple Music doesn’t want you to confuse it with Spotify, Soundcloud, or any other streaming service; in fact, to distinguish itself as being a cut above the rest, it’s now touting its service as the place to find artists - in essence, the new Google to your artist-related search results. “A place where music matters,” the YouTube description says.
