Choose any song, any artist, any genre. Unlimited entries!!!

This contest is open to males, females, and groups of all ages from anywhere in the world, who are registered users of pozeproductions.com. If you are not currently registered, you must set up an account with Poze Productions in order to participate. Poze Productions is a 100% free site, but entering a contest there will be a small fee of each video promoted, to participate in this contest. Additional restrictions may apply.

To enter, contestants must submit a minimum of entries that conforms to the unique rules of this contest. Entries that violate any rule may be removed and disqualified without notice. Should this occur, it is the responsibility of the contestant to submit a new entry before the expiration of the submission period. You may submit as many entries as you would like.

All videos must be made specifically for this contest. Each video should include an introduction that includes your name, the song’s name and the original artist, as well as stating that this video(s) that has been entered in this contest. All entries must consist of media that is in a file type supported by Poze Productions.

You may embed a video from YouTube for this contest; just make sure your introduction is included on your video. All entries must be received through Poze Productions during the valid submission period(s), which may be extended if an insufficient number of entries are received. All entries must be the creation and/or property of the submitting contestant. Entries must not contain any nudity, depictions of violence, profanity, or be obscene, lewd, discriminatory, or threatening in any way.

Poze Productions assumes no responsibility for possible fraud committed by any contestant. While every effort is made to ensure that all submitted entries are actually created by their respective contestants, Poze Productions cannot be held liable for actions on the part of the users. Poze Productions reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry at any time at its discretion.

During the contest's voting period, users of pozeproductions.com may be able to vote on entries to help select the winner(s). Poze Productions reserves the right to disqualify or modify the standings of any entries that violate the rules at its own discretion. Regardless of performance, all contestants are eligible for no more than one (1) prize per contest.

Poze Productions reserves the right to make the final decision as to which contestant(s), if any, will receive a prize. The chosen recipient(s) will be contacted within 10 business days of the Contest Winner Announcement. Cash prizes will be sent only via PayPal or cash prizes will mailed to the winning person. Poze Productions is not responsible or liable for any prizes that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen, nor are there any guarantees or warranties regarding the quality or value of these prizes. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the recipient(s). International recipients are responsible for their own local tariffs and customs or duties. Poze Productions is not liable for the value added tax, however it will insure the package and pay for the shipping. Recipients will be provided with tracking information. All cash prizes are in US dollars, unless otherwise stated by Poze Productions.

By entering this contest, all contestants must affirm to have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Poze Productions, the official contest rules, and the decisions of the judges and contest administrators of Poze Productions.

Limitations of Liability: pozeproductions.com and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Poze Productions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Release of Liability: By participating, contestants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless pozeproductions.com and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the contestants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this contest, including without limitation, claims of copyright infringement, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in this contest.

The user retains the rights to all of his or her media, and by submitting, grants permission to pozeproductions.com to display or use in any promotional material videos must be uploaded directly to pozeproductions.com and labeled with the participants name followed by the contest title an the cause your promoting your video for supporting our artists contest,. Failure to label your contest video correctly will forfeit your entry from the contest.
