Creative, versatile, hard-working, dedicated, passionate, patriotic, thought-provoking, fun and truly talented. Any, in fact, all of those words can be used to describe recording artist G-Bolo aka Victor Newman. Upon listening to any of his music you will easily discover that G-Bolo is not just an average guy with a hobby. He's very intelligent and insightful. Born in the beautiful island of Grenada, G-Bolo has always had an ear for music, crafting clever lyrics and performing from an early age, while listening to and learning from the seasoned musical veterans of his native island as well as various musical styles from all over the world. Music was always an important part of his upbringing. Since immigrating to Canada in the 90's, G- Bolo has taken his love of music to new levels. He has stayed relevant through the years by working continuously at his craft. He drops music regularly on various platforms including social media outlets, to keep his fans and followers well supplied with fresh hits. G-Bolo has an amazing amount of great quality music out there to satisfy a wide range of musical tastes. Although he represents Toronto and all of Canada through his primary genre of rap/hip-hop, G-Bolo also shines on his soca, reggae, dancehall and other Carribean-flavored fusion tracks.
