- About Me
- Born and Raised in Brooklyn, NY in the early 80s, Shalon aka C-Nova was exposed to hip hop early, as well as alot of violence and hardships. His drive to do better for himself as a person always kept him moving, a huge part of his inspiration was music. Hip hop from the mid 80's to the late 90's. Art telling at its purest form, music wasn't always about having the best cars, snapping, or yelling, it was art. That's the focus of C-Nova to bring the game back to the lyrics, the story telling, the art form that the pioneers started but so many have forgot about.
