In the 53 days since the Chairman and CEO of Wayne Management Company, has been home from the hospital and, immediately, got right back to work.  Caught both companies up with some backlogs, including new additions to the company, which included the signing of the company's first international artist.  Now, Wayne is making some new changes and additions to the executive offices.

NEW CREATIVE DIRECTOR

On November 22, 2014, Wayne Management Company announced the appointment of the new Creative Director for Wayne Management Company, Ms. Cassandra "Cassie" Jones.

Born to Myrtle Daniel and Frank Jones, Cassandra “Cassie” Jones came into this world on September 23, 1968.

Since she was young, she always sat and watched her grandmothers Rosa B. Jones and Geraldine “Jerry” Daniel in the kitchen. It is believed that even at a young adolescent age, she was being prepared to make an impact.

Graduating from Julia Richman High School in 1988, Cassie began preparing herself. After a short break, Cassie began fine tuning her skills by completing courses in Computerized Accounting using Peachtree at New York Technical College and then completing courses in Bookkeeping using QuickBooks at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, NY.  However, Cassandra had a passion for entertainment and service.

In 2012, Cassie launched Simply Ladies with Class Creations.  An Event Planning company that came from the mind of Cassie herself.  After establishing herself and her company as a premiere Event Planning Company, she decided to take the company to new heights.  In 2013, Cassie launched Simply Ladies with Class Promotions, where she began promoting various parties that her company was involved in and things really took off for her.  She forged powerful relationships with venues, marketers, and became major competition for other event planning companies in NYC.  To solidify her company as the premiere event planning company, in 2014, Cassie launched Simply Ladies with Class Eats.  Using her heritage to her advantage, not to mention recipes from her grandmothers, along with baking lessons from her Aunt June, not to mention her own special additions, she began catering all her events which made her company the complete one-stop event planning company for all needs.

Cassie is a mother of 3,…..a grandmother of 3.  She still lives in Queens, NY, but is never in the same place two days in a row.  She stays busy, she stays working.  Probably why Wayne Jones hired her as Creative Director of Wayne Management Company effective December 1, 2014.

SYNTHIA ROBINSON TAKES REINS OF B.L.E.M.G.

Effective January 1, 2015, in an effort to concentrate more on his recovery from temporary paralysis, as well as the marketing and advertising for the full CD release of the WE ARE HERE Album, Wayne Jones will be stepping down from Black Lion Entertainment Music Group as President to assume the new position of CEO of Black Lion Entertainment Music Group.  Synthia Robinson, better known as Blak Cheri, will be assuming the role of President of Black Lion Entertainment Music Group. She just got promoted to Vice President of Operations for Wayne Management Company, however, again, to relieve pressure off of Wayne, she will also be President of Black Lion Entertainment.  

The restructuring of Wayne Management Company and Black Lion Entertainment Music Group further stabilizes both companies as premiere entertainment boutiques.
