It was a rough start,.....Still reeling from Super Storm Hurricane Sandy, this King Ryan Event was almost cancelled, but because of artists resiliency, not to mention their urge to perform and bring some type of entertainment to an area that was ravaged, Wayne Management Company assisted in booking various top shelf unsigned talent from across the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut/Pennsylvannia areas.  Fans, looking for something to cheer them up, came out and supported all artists performing.  In the end,...it was PA's duo of #ESSO Syer and #ESSO JayOMega who took top honors.

In September 2014, Wayne Jones awarded her for keeping both companies afloat by promoting her to Vice President of Operations for Wayne Management Company, as well as announcing her as Vice President of New Talent for Black Lion Entertainment Music Group.

In her own musical ambitions, she continued to promote herself the way that Wayne and the company would.  She is now being aired globally with her House song Hit, MY LOVE IS RAW hitting the #1 spot in New York State, across the United States and Worldwide music charts for House music.

One of the hardest working artists on the Wayne Management Company roster, Blaze Billionz, has been on a trail celebrating his 2nd year on the roster.  He has been to ATL (Atlanta, GA) to record and work on new material.  Networked with R. Kelly and made new connections to increase his resources.

Currently, Blaze Billionz holds the #1 spot in New York State for Hip Hop Music on Number One Music's charts.

Also doing very well on the charts is Nyce 1, who currenly holds the #4 spot for Hip Hop Music in New York State on Number One Music's charts as well as Farrogoummo Madeoff, who currently holds the #2 spot in New York for Hip Hop Music.

To further solidify the diversity and the strength of the Black Lion Entertainment Music Group roster, Wayne completed the signings of two major additions to his formula.


A young, hungry and driven mogul born in Harlem NY, Terrance aka Mr. Swagg 360, at 23 years young he has already accomplished more than the average person his age. His journey began at the tender age of 7 where he was influenced heavily by the rapping styles of Eminem “I remember growing up knowing every Eminem song word for word, my mom used to have me rap them to her, which I enjoyed, so I decided to write my own music and rap anywhere I went”. Being in NY, Mr. Swagg was able to meet with many different people from all walks of life over the years, that have either contributed to or tried to hinder his ongoing success. Already he has 14 showcases covering the Tri-State areas under his belt along with performing on over 21 live online TV shows with ; Chris & Harold, the owners of Starlight Modeling Productions and Rebecca Kudryasky, owner of ” Are you a star or just bizarre?”

Mr. Swagg’s love for music keeps his mind in grind mode from AM to AM, sleep is not an option for him, but this hasn’t slowed him one bit, he has 600+ recorded songs awaiting production. Keeping himself involved in many different avenues of the entertainment industry Mr. Swagg refuses to back down from any challenge, thus allowing him to gain the title of the raining champ to 4 out of 4 rapping competitions. In 2012, he tried his hand at acting and landed a role in the movie “Super Swag” where he was able to shine with a lead role and a performance at a club scene, the movie is set to release in 2013. Word of his success begin to buzz rapidly throughout NY and he was offered 4 movie soundtrack offers along with 6 Indie Label contracts and 6 management contracts. Mr. Swagg is also said to have 4 unreleased mixtapes that are just waiting to hit the streets.

Mr Swagg 360 is open minded, down to earth, optimistic, diverse, persistent and is ready to try anything twice. He always makes his presence known and stays involved in his community and local charities. During his free time he studies his craft to perfect his vision with his style currently influenced by the likes of; Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne and Ludacris. Mr. Swagg believes that in music you can’t move forward until you know where you’ve been. Wayne has negotiated deals with Music Page, Number One Music, Managers Pro to help expand the brands of Wayne Management Company as well as Black Lion Entertainment Music Group.  On Christmas Eve, 2014, Black Lion Entertainment Music Group will be releasing their 2nd Mixtape WE ARE COMING DA MIXTAPE, which is a collection of current and past works from Wayne Management Company artists.  Wayne will begin production on the much anticipated and much delayed WE ARE HERE Album release, which is now shooting for a release date of August 2015.
