- About Me
- Kenton X fronts a hard rocking power trio from the B.C. interior mountains. His songs hit home on topics such as hotrods, motorcycles, relationships and partying.
Kenton X, is a singer, songwriter, rock guitar blaster. He created XLR8ER in 2004 and has since been writing original alternative blues rockers and power ballads. These songs are heavy in the Hendrix, Soundgarden and Zeppelin tradition yet the subject matter incorporates uniquely local B.C. interior scenarios. How about Pedal To The Metal? It's a story of cruising in a Chevy hotrod to a summer baseball party in Pass Creek and encountering a police road block? Or Ride On, a song essentially about making love to a precious Harley Davidson! He's been performing at biker events, music festivals, and larger venues all over, B.C., Canada and the U.S.A. and has songs playlisted on radio stations as far flung as LA and Mexico City.
