Q: Do you have to be a member of pozeproductions.com to submit to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards?

A: No. Anyone can submit to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards.

Q: Are the judges for the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards from Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc?

A: No. The complete set-up (rules, regulations, judges, etc.) is done through outside sources of experienced music industry executives. This way every artist is given a fair chance.

Q: If I am a member of pozeproductions.com, can't my songs, videos, and bio just be downloaded from my profile page instead of me sending it in via email?

A: Yes. We can download your material from your profile page and send it in for you with your permission. You must contact Harmony Synclaire and let her know which songs or videos to submit and be sure to double check your bio on your page. We will download info right from your page but we are not responsible for errors made on your part.

Q: Do I need to have copyrights to my songs in order to submit them for the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards?

A: We strongly encourage all artists to get copyrights to their material in order to protect their work, but it is not a mandatory for submission to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards.

Q: When I submit my songs to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards, am I signing over any of my rights to Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc and its affiliates?

A: No. All of the rights to your songs will continue to be the way they are when you submit.

Q: Do I have to live within the U.S. to submit to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards?

A: No. We accept submissions from artists all across the globe.

Q: How soon will I find out if I am nominated?

A: The posting of Nominees can take anywhere from 5-15 business days after submission deadline. It depends on how soon we receive the results from the judges. We post them the same day we receive them.

Q: What will I win if I am selected?

A: All winners will receive an award and will be the nominees for the all new annual X-Poze-Ing Music Awards: “Born To Perform” ceremony/red carpet event that will be held and hosted by Poze Productions/Poze Records Inc in Chicago, IL. There will also be opportunities for live performances during this event. 

Winners will have the chance to be featured inside of Poze Magazine. Winners will also have a chance to be featured on pozeproductions.com and Poze Radio giving you extra exposure with over 120,000 plays. 

Q: Will every member of my band receive an award?

A: No. There is only 1 award given per win. If you would like for every member of your band to receive an award, you must contact Harmony Synclaire and she will order more awards for you.

Q: Why is "untitled" listed on my album submission?

A: If you do not specify a name for your album, the album will automatically be labeled as "untitled.

Submissions

Q: How do I submit to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards?

A: Go to the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards page on pozeproductions.com, fill out the form, and pay the fee.

Q: How much does it cost to submit?

A: All submissions are one low fee of $12.00 each.

Q: How many songs does it have to be in order to be submitted as an album?

A: An album for the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards has to have at least 6 songs.

Q: Why should I choose to submit my songs individually when I can just submit all of them as an album for one flat rate?

A: When submitting for an album, the judges has to like all or at least the majority of the songs on the album for it to be considered as being nominated. The songs are not considered individually, they are all considered as 1 whole album when they are submitted as an album. Most artists feel that they may have a better chance if they submit the songs individually because that way each song would be judged individually.

Q: Can I submit more than once even if it's for the same category?

A: Yes. You can submit as many times as you like to better your chances of winning.

Q: When is the deadline to submit?

A: All submissions for the awarding month are due no later than the 15^th of that month. Any submissions received after the 15^th will be reviewed for the next month’s awards. 

Q: Do I have to be a member of pozeproductions.com to apply for the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards?

A: No. The X-Poze-Ing Music Awards are open to everyone who believes they have what it takes to make it to the next level in this industry. 

Q: Do I have a better chance at winning an award if I am a regular member or VIP member of pozeproductions.com?

A: Absolutely not. Our judges are outsourced and have no connections with Poze whatsoever. They are a highly experienced group of former executive managers of some of the largest labels in the industry today.
