- Ooh Klayfaze, an artist/producer/songwriter from St. Louis, Mo via Inglewood, Ca.
Lyrically Klayfaze could be described as a conversationalist. His content can be raw, witty and clever, or introspective just depending on how he feels at the time. But whether he's telling a story or doing lyrical gymnastics over a track, it feels and sounds as if he's talking directly to you rather than rapping. When asked how he describes his style, he said "I do what the beat say do and bring it from the heart" It's this approach that makes his style unique and relatable.
In (2010) Klayfaze founded 1SK FAMILIA; an explosive group representing St. Louis, Mo. including himself, and two other emcees; 1oo and Sirtax. Together, their different styles blend together like fire jambalaya; serving a delicious dish of Midwest rap tunes.
With 1sk familia he released Loud Pac's (The Midwest Shipment) Vol.1 & 2 (2010 & 2011) available on DatPiff.com, followed by Durban Poizen released in (2012) available on Itunes .
Ooh Klayfaze is currently working on his upcoming cd . His current mixtape Cultivating released 4/20/15 is available on datpiff.com . He continues to release a free digital downloads on Reverbnation.com every two weeks. He is also working on 1SK FAMILIA's album .
