Good Day Poze - Or should we say GOOD FRIDAY?

That is the word for THIS WEEKEND.

Everybody is getting ready to enjoy another weekend.  There are a lot of expectations people have during their weekends.  But have we ever took the time out to reflect on those who are not able to enjoy some of the finer things of life?  Do you take the time out to realize that some people did not make it to see this day?  Have you ever took the time out to intercede for somebody else?

 You may be wondering what does this have to do with Good Friday.  And why should I (as a Poze Artist) concern myself with such?

Ok here goes.  In order for us as a people to be successful (or continue to be successful) I believe there are some character traits we must poses.  We must have a mindset of helping each other, No one is perfect.  Some people just need a little help.  When we display selfless service to someone else, it enriches our heart.    INTERCESSION             When Jesus conquered death and returned to earth in order to bare witness with the saints, it was a display of his love unto creation.  Now that he sits on the right hand of the father he’s our advocate.  He speaks on our behalf and makes intercession for our iniquity and transgressions.  What an awesome benefit of being saved.

Consider this story:  Charles was arrested as a teenager for robbing a liquor store.  When he committed this offense, he was 16 years old.  He has spent three years incarceration.  Now that he’s approaching adulthood the odds are weighing heavy against him.  During the time of his imprisonment, he was able to accomplish a few noteworthy achievements:

1. He has obtained his GED.

2. He has taken a few classes leading up to his Associates degree.

3. Charles has also started a young men’s fellowship.        Charles mom has hired an attorney to represent him at his hearing.  The lawyer will have to demonstrate just cause why Charles deserves a second chance.                      This example depicts how Jesus makes intercession on our behalf.  God’s word states:

For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors NIV Isaiah: 53:12

The attorney will intercede and negotiate through enlightenment on Charles behalf.  Due to the fact Charles caused his character to be in question, the lawyer will have

To show evidence of restoration.  Jesus does the same for us, which causes our souls to be saved and by becoming saved we benefit the blessed life, something we all need.  During our quest of success in our music career, don’t forget where you came from.  SELAH.
