Public postings of Copy Right Infringement accusations is a slanderous act and is illegal by law. Public postings of bodily harm is a act of terrorism and is illegal by law. Twitch Angry has had both of these acts take place this week and I am making this public announcement not to stir up anything but to inform all of Twitch Angry fans and to the Music Industry that the public postings made by this ex-band member are false and that Twitch Angry has in no way made any illegal publications when it comes to his Music. He has given credit to any part he did not write in his music to the proper people in his CD 'Twitch Angry' and will continue to due so on future releases. He has taken the proper steps according to the Copy right law to insure that he has legal right to publish his music. He is being advised to handle this as a legal matter and assures that he can prove that he holds the copy rights to all of his work. These accusations were made by a ex-band member who has done nothing but make it his goal to try and destroy Twitch Angry reputation and to end his music career. Twitch Angry has not responded or acted on any of these efforts and will continue to do so and will only focus on succeeding in his career. We also need to let it be known that the public postings of bodily harm will be handled as a legal matter and that Twitch Angry does not support these actions that this person has taken. These acts are what most artists fear the most especially Copy right infringement and should be handled as a legal matter to clear the artists name as a legal published artist and to insure a confidence that there is nothing illegal with the writings that are in current contract talks. Past events in regards to the person responsible for making these illegal postings were made public and done so for evidence reasons only which was stated when it was made public and will be used as evidence to prove the character of this person. Twitch Angry strongly expresses his apology to his fans and he does hope that they will continue to support his music and not take these false postings as anything but what they truly are. FALSE. He would also like to apologies to the music industry and hopes that these false accusations are not taken seriously and will provide proof with any request. We hope that there will be no further announcements that will have to be made in regards to this matter and we will not get into detail with any responses to comments or emails that we receive on this matter. Twitch Angry has been on tour for the last six weeks and will continue his tour no matter what attempts are made to stop him. He made a promise to the venues and to his fans and will keep his promise this year. We hope that by making this public announcement there will be no further retaliatory actions towards any member of Twitch Angry family, their personal possessions, and most importantly to any of his fans. We thank all of you for your continues support this last year and will do all we can to make you all proud of Twitch Angry.
