- U NEEK BORN AS LORENA MENA GREW UP IN COVINA CALIFORNIA AS A SINGLE CHILD. SHE GAVE HER LIFE TO GOD AT THE AGE OF 12. SHE STARTED SINGING AT THE AGE OF 12 AND SHE WAS SINGING IN DIFFERENT CHURCHES IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH. SHE WAS ALSO SERVING THE LORD AT A CHURCH IN COVINA CALIFORNIA CALLED "FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH" SHE BECAME PART OF THE CHOIR AT "FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH". U NEEK DEDICATED HERSELF TO A LADIES CHOIR HER SOPHOMORE YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL. IN OCTOBER 2012 SHE RELEASED HER 1ST SONG CALLED "LOVE YOU SO MUCH".
