Paul is a songwriter and musician who has had a passion for music his entire life. He is known as both the leader of the international band Hangar 18 and as a solo songwriter.
Paul who began performing as a teenager is originally from London, UK and after performing in many acts (including auditioning for The Cure in 1994) his music career ended up taking him to New Zealand where he has been based for many years.
Paul has used his love for music alongside his life experiences and musical versatility, which is reflected in his songwriting. He works with a very broad range of musical styles and has written songs in different musical genres including pop, rock, ballad, singer/songwriter, alt and experimental.

Paul is a full writer member of APRA and he has over 500 original songs written to date.
