About Me: I have a passion for playing music and working in the performing arts. I was born John Porter Ladd, Jr.on April 17, 1960, in the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y. otherwise known as Sleepy Hollow. I spent many summers there as a kid all the way up to adulthood, then to middleaged. I currently live in Cincinnati, Ohio in a small village called Summerside but I have lived in Maineville and Loveland, and also Milford. I lived in Mt. Washington for a time. I've played a lot of music in the last 25 years. for parties, in bars, in promotions, for Flying Pig sponsored events, at Farmer's markets, busking for tips, you name it, I've tried it and done it. John P. Ladd, Jr. but the best part of it all is the level of musicianship I have run into, it still amazes me everytime.
