AO Impervious AnOmaly I smoke herb but never eva drink also i practice up untill im needed at the venue and stay ina focused zone untill im off stage then i proceed to drink casually.

---TC Eckstein, Vocaese--Prep the whole day before and day of to know my stuff and meditate away any anxieties, Psych myself up for the SHOW and treat each one as a mission for God I must fulfill for his purposes. Main thing is letting nothing in to dull my Mood/Sparkle and Light God has Given me to resonate. So I guard my heart all these two days and focus on spreading Love and Confidence to the Audience in relaying a message through music even if it means going into hiding til' SHOWTIME!! LOL
