I was fortunate enough to be in a meeting involving a major label with a artist  KJ is managing.They gave this artist A bill. .$10,000 for a video $25,000 for songwriters..$25,000 engineer $40,000 studio time.KJ approached the  record company and told them .if you are willing to trust this artist and sign them trust this artist judgement on songwriting  if you like this artist then what is the reason to add more to the tab... let this artist  sell records.After 3 days of negotiation they finally finish the contract. Because the artist has already sold units they're gonna get a signing bonus one that doesn't have to be paid back.....number 1 make the sale even if you have to buy your records yourself make the sale....record companies do want to see that you are selling records before they pick you up .

Poze Records will be pioneers at this game there is no one like us KJ is actually making the way for all artists is to get heard from awards shows to magazines ,Poze radio,,,, Poze TV ,,,,I can really see this award show being picked up. Poze also working on a tour with poze artists.I feel very fortunate to be here
