- I am Leonard "The Answer" Johnson, a Cleveland native who fell in love with poetry in the 9th grade. My first time performing was about 6 years ago and I have been dawning stages and saturating pages with this ink ever since. This, my debut recorded project, was conceived long before actually manifesting and now this moment has finally arrived...
Greetings!!! I am Shantell Antoinette, aka "Snippets", also a Cleveland native born into this world loving music and was singing in church since the age of 3. I began writing poetry around the age 16 and performed for the first time at an open mic poetry set at Urbean Joes, where I met "The Answer".
Our writing styles were similar, but our delivery was different yet complimentary and a chance meeting in a basement studio birthed EIGHT SIDEWAYS...Our resources and talents together made it possible to record this project,a perfect marriage of sensual meaningful poetry and sultry harmonies accompanied by rhythmic beats.
