Just wanted to post this review by JW Disqus, of The Portland Tribune
“Not So Soft Parade... From their pictures alone, Saint Jacks Parade looks like they could have fit in well with the denizens of Hollywood’s glam metal scene in the 1980s. But from their sound alone, they’re a little more interesting than all that, combining metal, folk rock, psychedelia and a wee hint of Southern goth rock, and boasting a fine lead guitarist in Regina LaRocca. Handling vocal duties in an almost Peter Murphy-like fashion is rhythm guitarist Paul Davies, backed by Chatchay Ramone on bass, and Dan Broughton on drums. They’re clearly insane, but there’s something compelling about them, maybe because it’s so apparent they believe in rock, and who couldn’t use a little more faith like that these days?”
