About Me: Mufasa RKG ( Rookie Kid Genius ) is an American Progressive Hip Hop Punk Musician residing from New England Springfield, Massachusetts.

Biography
Mufasa RKG real name is Lionel Angel Villanueva and was born March 13, 1984 in Bronx, New York. Both his parents then moved from New York to Jersey City after Lionel and his younger brother was born until the age of 13, then his parents had made a move over to Springfield, Massachusetts. Lionel has always been attracted to arts and painting. By moving to the New England states area, he began to pick up on spray painting Graffiti and Bombing during early High school years. During close towards his senior years in High school, he sung and wrote vocals for an band that was formed with fellow classmates but broke apart quickly the next year after. Drawn very more into painting and writing graffiti art, Lionel perused onto college for design career.

Very early college years around 2003 fall, Lionel had moved out west coast, Phoenix Arizona to continue his schooling and education in arts. The same time he discovered and paired with two of his room mates into making Hip Hop music. Very drawn into the underground world of Conscious and lyrical word play emcees, Lionel starting to follow more patterns of writing poetry and rhyming emotions over instrumentals. The first duo crew, "BODY JIVE ROCKERS" which was Mufasa and his roomate which took turns of producing beats and mixing down recordings. Around 2005 mid years in college, Mufasa starting to craft more into making beats and music then created the alter alias, MAS DELUSION. Moving back down to New England end towards that same year, he was joined and tooken in by an underground Hip Hop movement in Mass called THE CEREMONIAL MASTERS.

Mufasa style of Hip Hop influences ranges very widely and not just from an "rap" view point. Such artist as EL-P, AESOP ROCK, MF DOOM, KOOL KEITH, ROB SONIC, CANNIBAL OX and so on then from heavy band music like ALL OUT WAR, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, GOD FORBID, and other groups. Very dark, trancing styles are heard from the MAS DELUSION standpoints but Mufasa is very known for Old Boom Bap sounds to very Electronic type music. Using everyday experiences mixed with retro style classic gaming feelings to majority of the beats can be very hard to catch at times. His best efforts from a decent response was during the SEED SELLAZ saga and his collaboration efforts with the producer BIG LOOP from HALF A LUNG RECORDS.

His current music stands from BLACK ICE, an LP album project that is still under current development and will be dropped under the GYBU (Get Your Bread University ) titled series. All of MUFASA RKG music belongs to BUCKET FRESH RECORDS AND BUCKET FRESH STUDIOS PROMOTIONAL ARTIST CAMPAIGN.
