MUSICIAN NETWORKING/ SHARING INFO: The More Ya' Know!!!!...

WELCOME ALL... This Group is Designed For Us All With-In The POZE FAMILY, Yes That's YOU, My Friend :) and others interested in Us- to Discuss, Share, Comment on the things we come across in our everyday hustlle n Bustling Lives That can Benefit one another.  I find sharing and Friendliness will get you to the right places, no need to worry about who's gonna SUCCEED beyond you, when you reach out for others, God Blesses You and I With the Prosperity you seek. Look at Brenda K Starr for example ,She Brought Mariah Carey out of her Background Vocalists to be in the Spotlight and she knew some might consider her a much better vocalist because of her High Falcetto range, etc.. and IDK  if any of you know of Artist Brenda K Starr but her successes are indeed great for her, she branched out embracing her Latin Jazz Roots and Nuyuerican  Club House and R&B Styles ,She has had a clothing Line called BODY GLOVE,.. etc...So! ....let's help eachother out..

Cause remember!!

...sometimes it's not what you know, it's who you know and how you left an impact on them.   May God Bless You All  ABUNDANTLY.   XOXOXO  LADII TC Eckstein, Vocalese :)

Saw an artist from this page in the club and I complimented him on his video. He looked at me kind of funny and asked, "Who are you?" Another artist whispered something in his ear and his attitude changed. This artist is talented but he doesn't have a following. He probably would have a hard time getting 500 people to downland a mixtape. He often goes on rants on facebook about how fans don't support unsigned artists here. If I was a fan, would I still be one after seeing how rude and cocky he was at first? I have been fortunate to meet and party with some celebrites and most are more humble and down to earth than some unsigned artists. Imagine a music mogul who is more humble than an unsigned artist with no following??? See...one (the music mogul) understands that this business is built on RELATIONSHIPS and the other has not learned that lesson yet.

I wonder how many artists think like a potential fan when they market their music on social media? When a company sends you junk mail what do you do with it? A lot of artists market their music like junk mail. Market your music outside the box. Personalize it!.._NEBA

From my own experiences, getting further as a musician involves exploring your mind. You know. That 90% of our brain scientists claim we never use. I find myself on a daily basis asking myself, what can I do to separate myself and stand out, or…Continue

Creating great music and the world hearing it are two separate things. The key is marketing your music! Not spamming but marketing.

Many artists do not take the time to build relationships both in the industry and with their fans. Successful artists do both, and they know how to keep and continuously deepen those relationships #music tip

I know learning about the music business can be overwhelming but it seems like some artist do not take the time to read anything. its going to be the downfall of some of you guys...  --NEBA

Most unsigned rappers just want to perform in showcases and give away mixtapes. Not considering the cost they paid to hand it out to folks who can see you free Online or Live, when you download for free full songs!  They do not consider any other marketing tactics to get a buzz. Consider blogs and college radio to gain more exposure. Attend Inexpensive and some even free music conferences and seminars. How many rappers do you know who only think showcases and mixtapes?

Many Of Us Do Not like The Title's using LOCAL to describe our music, as which we should voice how our music has gone Global/Overseas and does not remain LOCAL, However, It is always good to show pride in  where you came from and go back and show support to those who look at you as a symbol of Progress in the Hometown you Represent.  I Myself take much Pride in 413 (area Code District ) for MA and yet I take even more Pride in being an American that is appreciated by Global Fans..  In This Sense it is not such a Fine Line as people make it out to be sometimes, now that we have the net..The possibilities are limitless.  Something to Ponder on.... I'm probably going to piss off a well dj and a few promoters in New England with this post but this needs to be said. ARTISTS some of you have been chasing the same DJs and promoters for over ten years and they still haven't help with your career! STOP...ask yourself this. Has he helped any independent artists in your local area. Besides offering to have you pay 200 to 1k for a slot or 3k to 5k to play your music on the radio has he helped. Has he or she posted information on music conferences or seminars? Has he or she posted any articles to help unsigned artists? Now that the economy is slow and the clubs aren't packed anymore some of these djs/promoters are now claiming to want to help unsigned artists. Where have they been the last ten years? Why do they post things that only line their pocket? Artists wake up and don't let these type of people use you. S/O to the DJs and promoters that really try to help unsigned artists...especially promoters that are artists themselves....NEBA

Half Deezy - "Cold Case" ft. Styles P., Ruben Cruzado & Rex Luger

In the dynamic realm of hip-hop, where the fusion of lyricism and beats creates an electrifying tapestry of sound, "Cold Case" emerges as a testament to the genre's enduring allure.
